Adjacent to the living room, our spacious stone-walled, brick arched dining room features a cosy see through fireplace and a large dining table with seating for all 14 guests, perfect for memorable meals together.

The pièce de résistance of our villa is the atmospheric underground wine cellar, perfect for private wine tastings and exclusive candlelit dinners.

Our bedrooms

Our villa offers six bedrooms, each designed with comfort and elegance in mind. All rooms feature ensuite bathrooms and air conditioning, ensuring a pleasant stay year-round.

The main villa houses four of these bedrooms, with two on the first floor and two on the second floor, each offering unique views of the vineyards, hills, or courtyard. The dependence, while attached to the main villa and appointed to the same standards, provides additional privacy with separate entrances and includes two more bedrooms and a living area with a queen size sofa bed, perfect for extra guests.This living area also has its own kitchenette and refrigerator.

Villa Comunque boasts six beautifully appointed bathrooms, two on each floor and two within the annex. Designed to reflect the villa's timeless Italian elegance, each bathroom offers a blend of luxury and functionality. High-end fixtures, spacious showers, and premium toiletries ensure a pampering experience for all guests. Two of the bathrooms even feature luxurious bathtubs including a claw foot bath.

The annex

The annex which is attached to the main house , is on one floor and has its own entrance. The annex offers additional space and privacy, making it an ideal option for larger groups or guests seeking a bit more seclusion. This separate living area is designed with the same attention to detail and elegance as the main villa, ensuring a comfortable and luxurious stay. The annex is also step free.
